This classic tented camp is superbly situated in the heart of Ruaha National Park on the banks of a seasonal sand river, this camp is tucked away amongst shady riverine vegetation and blends in beautifully with its surroundings, and is the only camp in this area of the National Park.  It is not far from permanent water which attracts large amounts of animals.

There are 8 large well appointed tented suites raised on wooden platforms and under enormous thatched roofs that also encompass a spacious veranda.  Each tent has king size beds, electricity, en-suite bathroom with double wash hand basins and hot and cold water.

There is a welcoming dining and living area as well as a swimming pool overlooking Jongomero River with pool mattresses and towels. Dining is a combination of table d’hote, buffets, al fresco dinners under the stars, campfire cooking and safari picnics and offers international cuisine with an East African flavour.

The camp offers game drives with qualified guides in open 4x4 vehicles, specialist bird and photography drives, bush walks and fly camping.
