This is a working farm located on the forested slopes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (part of a 3200 sq mile reserve).  The farm lies halfway between Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara and nestles among formal English gardens.

There are 18 farm cottages with rich wooden floors, classic interiors, picture windows and a fireplace. The en-suite facilities include twin basins, baths and indoor/outdoor showers.

Built in 1929 it retains the charm of a well looked after private house with cosy living rooms,  reading room, dining room, bar, gift shop and spa. Fireplaces fill the farmhouse with warmth and a large veranda gives sweeping views of the valley below and the coffee plantation. Organic coffee is grown, processed and roasted on the farm and there is a 10 acre organic fruit and vegetable garden providing 90% of the ingredients needed for fresh home cooked meals.
